EAR DAZZLE: SEED BEAD EARRINGS
April 13, 7-9PM
Your lobes are calling, they need a little splendor!
Seed beads aren't just a crafty material – they actually have a rich history beginning in 8th century Europe, finding their way to different cultures all over the world via trading. In this workshop, learn a little seed bead history, as well as beading techniques to create your earrings. Art camp provides the materials and light refreshments, all skill levels are welcome!
INTRO TO BLOCK PRINTING
April 20, 7-9PM
Learn printmaking basics to create a handprinted tote bag or tea towel!
Block printing is thought to have its origins in China over 4,000 years ago, before disseminating throughout Asia and the world. Participants will learn how to carve their stamps, inking techniques, and stamp their own original arrangement on a tote or tea towel. Art Camp will provide all the supplies, no printmaking experience necessary!

A WORKSHOP?
Earn some extra $$$! Rent Art Camp's workshop space to teach a class! For only $65/hr (two hour minimum), you can share your craft with up to 15 people.
